FOMO 10/40 Creamery was started in 2019 by Andrew & Emily Hershey. They have been faithfully committed to the mission of bringing hope to the nations through training and generosity. We started with a vision of how we can bring families closer together, inspire the community, and impact the world. This has lead to hand-crafting our gelato and sorbet and serving it to those in the community. Ultimately, we have seen families come closer together, our community respond with generosity toward others, and locals in the 10/40 window of the world be impacted through small business startups. Glimpse of the Prairie is a mother daughter business located in the prairies of North Dakota. Our desire for a simple but unique life has developed into an opportunity for us to do what we love everyday. We want to give others the opportunity to use and enjoy our products. Kara, her husband Austin, daughter Avery, and son Alex reside on the family farm near Menoken. Wanda and her husband Dennis have lived on their farm and ranch in Wing for over 30 years. Finally convincing Dennis that she needed goats, Wanda instantly fell in love with making goat milk soap using fresh unprocessed milk from her goats. Both Kara and Wanda's enjoyment for gardening has led them to become a BisMarket vendor. They fell in love with the atmosphere the market creates, friendly customers, and supportive volunteer staff and vendors. They have also ventured into providing vegetable CSA shares, beef, and eggs. When I'm not busy chasing them around, homeschooling them, doing the accounting for my husband's business and now we are adding cows to this crazy Life of a Big Family and soon chickens; well, I enjoy cooking for my family. He and Jazmin are the founders of Nourished by Nature.
After interning in 2017 & 2018, Jazmin took a couple years to learn about small business management before returning in 2021 to focus on the sales and marketing of NBN. Jaz is an MBA candidate at Seattle University and plans to apply her studies to the farm and Nourished by Nature.

With our roots back in Sri Lanka, we always had access to fresh spices. Once my husband and I moved to the USA, we noticed that the spices that we find in the market are not the same quality and the freshness that we used to have. After doing our research, we found that the spices we find on the market are on average 5 years old. We try to change that by sourcing the latest harvest spices from small farmers from Sri Lanka. We are currently working with Bisman Co-Op (Shirley and Emma) to get the items into the store as well. Our Top selling items are Ceylon Cinnamon which is known as True Cinnamon and Our Special Blend (Sri Lankan) Curry Powder. We are passionate about the spices as we grew up having them daily and would love to bring these amazing fresh spices to our Bismarck Community.
